Heatwave Peaks, Gradual Relief Expected Across Israel
Following a recent peak in extreme heat, a gradual easing of heat stress is anticipated across Israel starting Tuesday. While temperatures may slightly rise in mountainous and inland areas, remaining above seasonal averages with heavy to extreme heat load in most regions, the trend is set to reverse.
Beginning Wednesday, a noticeable decline in temperatures will commence, particularly in the hills and interior. Although temperatures will still be slightly higher than usual for this time of year, the heat load will begin to lessen.
By Thursday, the improvement continues with a further slight drop in temperatures, bringing them back to seasonal norms in most areas. This will result in a significant reduction in heat stress.
Friday is expected to feature partly cloudy skies in the morning, clearing to fair weather. Temperatures will remain stable and typical for the season, offering comfortable conditions for the weekend.
