Health Ministry Announces Routine Health System Drill in Jerusalem

Panet
Translated & summarized from Panet by baba
The story · English

Israel's Ministry of Health announced that a pre-planned drill will take place on September 8 and 9. The exercise will be conducted at Hadassah "Har HaTzofim" Hospital in Jerusalem, as well as at Clalit and Maccabi healthcare provider clinics in Ma'ale Adumim.

During the drill, increased activity of security and emergency forces will be observed in and around the hospital and clinics. Personnel participating in the exercise will also be present at these locations.

The drill is part of routine national preparations for dealing with unconventional terror scenarios. It is being led by the Ministry of Defense and involves all emergency and rescue bodies in Israel.

Normal operations at the hospital and clinics are expected to continue as usual throughout the drill period.
