Gadi Eisenkot's Party 'Yashar!' Submits Knesset List with 'Derech' Slogan

The newly formed Israeli political party 'Yashar! with Eisenkot' officially submitted its list of candidates for the 26th Knesset to the Central Elections Committee on Monday. The submission was made by key party figures, including former 'Acharei!' CEO Inbar Harush Giti and former Ministry of Finance Budget Director Shaul Meridor.

The party also registered its election slogan, the Hebrew letter combination 'Derech' (דרך), meaning 'way' or 'path'. The party stated this choice reflects its core ideology: offering Israel a 'straight path' of state leadership, responsibility, service, Zionism, and unity, in contrast to perceived polarization and irresponsibility. They emphasized that the upcoming election is not just about choosing a leader, but also about the direction the country will take.

'Yashar!' aims to replace the current government, unite the nation, and lead Israel towards security, growth, and prosperity. The party highlighted its commitment to gender equality, with its list reflecting a balance between male and female candidates.

Party chairman Gadi Eisenkot stated that the submitted list comprises excellent Israelis who have chosen to take responsibility for the country's future. He described the candidates as a professional, value-driven, and state-oriented team, combining proven experience with promising new forces from various fields including security, economy, education, and social affairs. Eisenkot reiterated the party's goal of achieving victory in the elections, replacing the government, and establishing a broad, Zionist, and state-oriented administration that will restore security, foster growth and prosperity, and most importantly, unite the Israeli people.
