Channel 13 News Settles Lawsuit With Former Employee Netali Shem Tov
Channel 13 News has reached a settlement agreement with Netali Shem Tov, a former employee and member of the 'Amcha Israel' party, who sued the network for breach of contract, harassment based on worldview, agenda-pushing, and wrongful termination. The terms of the financial compensation Shem Tov will receive remain confidential under a legal non-disclosure agreement.
Shem Tov previously worked for Channel 13 before deciding to enter politics. The 'Amcha Israel' party issued a statement asserting their commitment to opposing destructive phenomena that endanger Israeli society, vowing not to allow the silencing of voices or political exclusion. The party declared that the era of the right-wing being suppressed is over and that the future will be different.
