Suspect Arrested After Allegedly Filming Young Woman in Fitting Room at Tel Aviv Mall
Police arrested a 25-year-old Tel Aviv resident this evening (Wednesday) on suspicion that he recorded a young woman in a fitting room at a mall in Tel Aviv. An arrest warrant had been issued against him on suspicion of privacy violations and sex offenses.
Police released his photograph yesterday in an effort to help locate him, and citizens who knew the suspect reported him to police, which helped lead to him. The suspect was taken in for questioning and, at its conclusion, was jailed. He is expected to be brought tomorrow for a hearing in court, where police will seek to extend his detention.
