Man Critically Injured in Shooting Incident in Rahat
A 25-year-old man sustained critical injuries from a shooting incident in Rahat early Tuesday morning. Emergency medical services (Magen David Adom, MDA) responded to the scene at approximately 4:30 AM after receiving a report to their Negev region hotline.
Paramedics provided life-saving medical treatment to the victim at the scene. He was conscious and suffering from penetrating wounds to his body.
The injured man was then transported to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva, where his condition is described as serious. MDA paramedic Alaa Al-Huzayel stated, "We saw the injured man fully conscious and suffering from severe penetrating wounds to his body. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital with his condition serious."
