Israeli Man Missing After Nepal Floods, Rescue Team Deployed

An Israeli man in his 60s has gone missing in the Rasawa area of Nepal following severe floods and mudslides that struck the region. The man was traveling with a group of foreign tourists when contact was lost with him and the group after the natural disaster. Harel Insurance announced that a search and rescue team from their "Harel 669" unit will depart for Nepal shortly to assist in locating the missing Israeli and the group. The floods and mudslides have blocked access routes and isolated entire areas, complicating rescue efforts. The Israeli rescue team, consisting of about eight members, will use foot patrols, drones, and observation equipment in their search. Harel Insurance is coordinating closely with the missing man's family, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and local authorities in Nepal.
