בית המשפט המחוזי בלוד גזר שבע שנות מאסר על סייעת בגן ילדים ב נתניה, שהורשעה בתקיפת 12 פעוטות שהיו תחת אחריותה. התקיפות התרחשו בין 29 במאי ל-27 ביוני 2024, וכללו בעיטות, סטירות, משיכות בשיער והטחות לקרקע ולמזרנים.

הסייעת הורשעה בתשע עבירות של התעללות בקטין שאינו יכול להגן על עצמו, ו-33 עבירות של תקיפת קטין שאינו יכול להגן על עצמו הגורמת חבלה של ממש.

בנוסף למאסר, חויבה הסייעת לשלם פיצויים בסך 300 אלף שקלים לילדים שנפגעו.
