בית המשפט המחוזי-מרכז בלוד גזר שבע שנות מאסר על שלי שיינקר, סייעת בגן ילדים בנתניה, שהורשעה באלימות קשה כלפי 12 פעוטות שהיו תחת השגחתה. מעשי האלימות, שהתרחשו בין סוף מאי לסוף יוני 2024, כללו בעיטות, סטירות, משיכות שיער והטחת ילדים ברצפה ובמזרנים.

שיינקר הורשעה בתשע עבירות של התעללות בקטין חסר ישע על ידי אחראי, וב-33 עבירות של תקיפת חסר ישע הגורמת חבלה של ממש. בנוסף למאסר, היא חויבה לשלם פיצויים בסך 300 אלף שקלים לילדים שנפגעו.
