Six Foreign Workers Injured in Explosive Device Blast Near Metula
Early this morning at 06:52, six foreign workers were injured by the explosion of a weapons-related item in an open area near Metula. Two of the injured, both around 40 years old, sustained severe multiple trauma and were evacuated by helicopter to Rambam Medical Center. Another man, also about 40, was moderately injured with chest trauma and was transported to Rambam as well. The remaining three injured workers suffered minor injuries and were taken to Ziv Medical Center. Magen David Adom teams and IDF medical personnel provided treatment at the scene.
