Halili successfully passed his medical examinations in England, which was the main obstacle that prevented his move to Inter. The transfer fee is expected to be around 24.5 million euros, with potential bonuses raising the total to 28 million euros. Halili has agreed to a five-year contract with an option for an additional season. Prior to finalizing the deal with Crystal Palace, Halili attracted interest from other English clubs, including Nottingham Forest, whose 20 million euro offer was rejected, as well as Bournemouth and Newcastle, who also showed interest in the Israeli player.
