Israeli Singer Ofek Adenk Denies Violence Allegations Amid Relationship Dispute

Ofek Adenk, a 24-year-old Israeli singer and rapper, revealed on Monday that he is the artist recently arrested on suspicion of violence against his partner. In an Instagram story, Adenk firmly denied ever being violent, emphasizing respect for all people, especially women. He described the recent days as difficult, involving a painful breakup with his partner, during which a private argument escalated after he was injured in the leg. Adenk stated that the court reviewed all details and ordered his release, and he expressed gratitude for the support he received, affirming his commitment to his music career.

Adenk was released to house arrest following the incident, with his representatives denying all allegations of assault or violence and calling for respect for the court's decision. The accusations against him include threats and property damage. His former partner was also questioned by police under caution. She posted on Instagram denying claims that she ran over anyone, calling the accusation baseless and urging the public not to jump to conclusions without knowing the full story. She described the situation as emotionally traumatic and thanked supporters for their concern.

Ofek Adenk grew up in Ashkelon and currently lives in Kiryat Gat. He began his music career at age 15, participated in "The Next Star for Eurovision" at 16, and released his debut album "Black Music" in 2021.
