Manor Solomon Joins West Ham in Permanent £7 Million Transfer from Tottenham

Manor Solomon has completed a permanent transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to West Ham United, with the London club paying an initial £5 million plus up to £2 million in bonuses. The 27-year-old Israeli winger signed a three-year contract with West Ham, who were recently relegated from the Premier League and aim to return immediately, similar to Solomon's previous promotion with Leeds United.

The deal was first reported by Sport Channel and finalized after Tottenham initially demanded around €10 million. The final fee includes performance-related bonuses tied to appearances and team achievements. Solomon, who has played in England for Fulham, Tottenham, and Leeds, rejected offers from Premier League side Leicester City, Fiorentina, and clubs in Spain and France.

Having recovered from a serious injury, Solomon contributed to Leeds' promotion in the 2024/25 Championship season. West Ham, managed by Nuno Espírito Santo, will start their Championship campaign on August 16 against Burnley. Given Solomon's fitness and participation in Tottenham's preseason under Roberto De Zerbi, he may debut early for West Ham. The transfer is permanent, not a loan.
