According to a passenger named M., the man who wanted to disembark did not provide any explanation or communicate in English or Italian, and his behavior was described as strange and indifferent to the distress of others on board. Passengers reported a tense and fearful atmosphere, with many expressing panic and anger, especially since many were returning from vacation and there were children on the flight.

After about half an hour of uncertainty, police arrived at the scene, but the passenger remained on the plane. Passengers were informed that the flight was definitively canceled, and they awaited buses to return them to the terminal to retrieve their luggage. The cancellation was attributed to security reasons unrelated to the passengers themselves.
