Givati Brigade Commander Condemns Soldier Walkout at Sde Teyman Base

The commander of the Givati Brigade, Colonel Netanel Shamka, responded to a serious incident at the Sde Teyman military base where over 100 soldiers from the Givati's Tzabar Battalion abandoned their posts and went absent without leave, leaving their weapons behind. The event followed the battalion commander breaking the "pugim" morale boards in front of the troops, which are symbolic plaques representing the platoons' spirit and heritage.
