Israeli Fuel Prices Set to Rise Dramatically Starting Next Week
The Fuel and Gas Administration at Israel's Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced a significant increase in fuel prices effective from midnight between Saturday and Sunday. The maximum price for a liter of 95-octane unleaded gasoline at self-service stations will rise by 61 agorot, reaching 8.09 shekels per liter including VAT. The surcharge for full-service stations remains unchanged at 25 agorot per liter including VAT. In Eilat, the maximum price for the same gasoline grade will increase by 51 agorot to 6.85 shekels per liter, with the full-service surcharge staying at 21 agorot excluding VAT, also unchanged from the previous update.
