Police Probe Eldar Dayan's Disappearance Amid Hit-and-Run and Kidnapping Suspicions

Eldar Dayan, 23, has been missing for 13 days, prompting a police investigation that has shifted from a simple disappearance to a criminal inquiry involving a possible hit-and-run accident or a kidnapping.
