Global Facebook and Instagram outage knocks users offline
On Friday, users around the world reported a broad outage affecting Meta’s platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger. Thousands said they were suddenly disconnected from their accounts and could not log back in, while others were unable to load the apps or access their profiles.
