Hit-and-Run Suspect Arrested After Fatal Crash Near Yokneam
Police have arrested a resident of Wadi Ara suspected of causing a hit-and-run that killed a 26-year-old motorcyclist from Gedera. The crash is believed to have happened on Route 6 northbound near the Yokneam Interchange.
According to the police, the rider was apparently struck by a vehicle and killed at the scene. Near the crash site, officers found a car engulfed in flames.
