Legendary Israeli Band The Sixteenth Sheep Announces Final Farewell Shows

The iconic Israeli band The Sixteenth Sheep announced on Tuesday their final series of concerts, concluding their highly successful reunion tour. Originally announced in October 2024 and launched in January 2025, the tour was planned for only 11 shows. However, due to overwhelming demand and tickets selling out months in advance, the tour was significantly extended. The production team described the reunion as a "national cultural phenomenon" that connected generations of Israeli music fans.

Besides its nostalgic value, the tour marked the return of singer Yehudit Ravitz to the stage after a seven-year hiatus. The farewell concerts are scheduled to take place at the Tel Aviv Culture Hall from September 29 to October 2, followed by performances at the Caesarea Amphitheater on October 14 and 15. Tickets go on sale today at 4:00 PM via the Zappa website.

The announcement comes amid other notable Israeli music news, including Omri Adam's photo with singer Shakira and Yonatan Arzi's reflection on his songwriting career, stating he has written thousands of songs but considered not releasing them.
