On Sunday, July 19, temperatures will climb further, bringing very hot to scorching conditions in the mountains and inland areas, while the coastal plain will remain warm. Heat stress will intensify nationwide.

By Monday, July 20, the heatwave will persist with continued above-average temperatures and scorching heat in the mountains and inland, though the coastal plain will be cooler. Specific temperature forecasts for Monday include Tel Aviv-Jaffa ranging from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, Haifa 25 to 29 degrees, Jerusalem 22 to 32 degrees, Ashdod 24 to 30 degrees, Beersheba 22 to 36 degrees, Ashkelon 24 to 28 degrees, Mitzpe Ramon 21 to 32 degrees, and Afula 25 to 35 degrees.
