Woman Killed After Exiting Car Near Iron Interchange in Fatal Accident

A 30-year-old woman died Thursday after being struck by a vehicle near the Iron Interchange on Highway 65. According to eyewitnesses, the woman exited her car to receive a traffic ticket when she was hit by another vehicle. Emergency medical teams arrived shortly after 11:00 a.m. and found her lying by the roadside without a pulse and suffering from multiple severe injuries. Despite immediate medical assessments, paramedics declared her dead at the scene.

Another woman, aged 47, sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center for treatment. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. Rescue teams described the scene as a serious road accident involving two vehicles with visible damage. Paramedics Lia Bonder and Nur Jamal reported the victim had no signs of life upon their arrival and that the injuries were too severe to save her.
