IDF Kills Three Hezbollah Militants in Southern Lebanon Operation
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) eliminated three armed Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon on Wednesday. The militants were spotted by IDF reconnaissance unit 869 in the Beit Yahoun area, located within the so-called "yellow line" in southern Lebanon. Following the identification, forces from Brigade 401 engaged and neutralized the militants, who were carrying combat equipment. The IDF stated the operation aimed to remove the threat posed to Israeli forces operating nearby. The military emphasized its commitment to preventing Hezbollah from harming Israeli civilians and troops and vowed to continue actions to neutralize such threats.
