IDF Kills Three Hezbollah Militants in South Lebanon Security Zone
The IDF's 869th Reconnaissance Battalion of Division 91 identified three armed Hezbollah militants in the Beit Yahoun area within the security zone in southern Lebanon. Shortly after their detection, forces from Brigade 401 eliminated the militants. The operation took place on Wednesday, with the militants spotted carrying combat equipment. According to the IDF spokesperson, the strike aimed to neutralize the threat posed to Israeli forces operating nearby. The IDF emphasized its commitment to preventing Hezbollah from harming Israeli civilians and military personnel and stated it will continue to act to remove such threats.
