Traffic Police Officer Investigated for Obstruction in Benyahu Razi Murder Case

A traffic police officer was questioned on Wednesday on suspicion of obstructing justice and breach of trust in connection with the murder investigation of Benyahu Razi. According to a police statement, the officer is a relative of one of the suspects in the case. She met with two suspects shortly after the murder and was informed by them about the incident. She is suspected of taking actions that could have interfered with the investigation before any suspects were arrested, yet she failed to report this to law enforcement authorities as required.

Following the interrogation, the officer was released under restrictive conditions, including a three-day house arrest, an eight-day ban on approaching the case’s involved parties, and a prohibition on contacting those involved in the investigation.
