Inter Milan Nears Closing €20 Million Deal for Israeli Winger Anan Khalaily

A major transfer deal involving Israeli footballer Anan Khalaily is expected to finalize this week. Inter Milan has already submitted a €20 million offer to Belgian club Sint-Truiden for Khalaily, but the Belgian side is seeking a higher fee due to strong demand. Napoli has also offered €20 million, but Khalaily prefers Inter, whose stronger financial position increases the likelihood of the deal's completion. Khalaily has agreed to personal terms with Inter, removing any obstacles from his side.

The transfer is anticipated to close soon, with Khalaily continuing to impress in training sessions. Maccabi Haifa, his former club, is awaiting the final transfer amount and retains a 15% stake in any future sale. The Belgian club will first recoup their initial €7.5 million investment before Maccabi Haifa receives proceeds, which are expected to exceed €2 million, benefiting the club's finances significantly.
