Jaffa School Principal Indicted for Sexual Harassment of Teachers and Students
The prosecution has filed charges against Mohammed Kaboub, 43, principal of the Al-Mustaqbal School in Jaffa, accusing him of committing indecent acts and sexual harassment over several years. The indictment alleges that between 2020 and 2025, Kaboub sexually harassed two teachers under his supervision and committed indecent acts against four 12th-grade students on school grounds.
Following the investigation's launch, Kaboub's brother, Ahmad Kaboub, 47, and Ramzi Abu Taleb, 57, chairman of the Ajami neighborhood in Jaffa and a member of the Islamic Council, pressured students and their parents to sign false affidavits through a lawyer in an attempt to dismiss the complaints. Both Ahmad Kaboub and Abu Taleb have also been indicted in connection with this interference.
The case highlights serious allegations of abuse of authority and attempts to obstruct justice within the school community. Legal proceedings are ongoing as authorities continue to investigate and prosecute those involved.
