El Al said it is suspending its Tel Aviv-Moscow service for the next few days because of developments between Russia and Ukraine and recent aviation-related incidents in the region. The airline said the decision was driven by the current situation and affects the route immediately.
The company said it will conduct a fresh situation assessment during the coming week and then decide whether to resume flights on the route. If operations remain suspended, a further decision will be announced based on that review.
Passengers on the affected flights will be notified and will be offered alternative options in accordance with the law. El Al did not say when the route might reopen, only that the next review will determine the outcome.
