Tel Aviv man charged with secretly filming women in fitting rooms and recording sex act
Israeli prosecutors filed an indictment in Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court against 25-year-old Gur Levi of Tel Aviv, accusing him of indecent acts and violating the privacy of women and girls he allegedly filmed while they were changing clothes in fitting rooms at the TLV Mall in Tel Aviv.
The indictment also says Levi recorded a sexual encounter between himself and a woman without her knowledge or consent. According to the filing, the two had consensual sex in the restroom of a club in Tel Aviv, but Levi used his mobile phone to film the act without telling her.
Prosecutors say he later sent the video to the woman on WhatsApp about two years after the encounter. The case is now before Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court.
