The inspection, conducted at the hospital's Ramat Hahayal facility on Barzel Street, revealed a series of serious breaches concerning operating room procedures and patient safety. These included medical interventions performed outside the scope of professional authorization and mandatory guidelines, alongside other deficiencies in medical performance and workflows.
The Ministry stated that the findings indicate a systemic and comprehensive administrative failure in the hospital's operations, directly threatening the health and safety of patients. The order to halt operations was issued to prevent further risks to those receiving care.
