Chemical Leak Contained at Haifa Port, No Public Threat

A chemical leak occurred in Haifa's port zone early Monday, September 28, 2026, when a specialized "ISO tank" container was damaged. The incident happened around 1 a.m. when emergency services received a report of a potential container breach.
