IDF Eliminates Hamas Sniper in Southern Gaza
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted an airstrike in the southern Gaza Strip on Sunday, eliminating a Hamas terrorist sniper named Adi Adli Abd Ala'asar. According to the IDF, Ala'asar was a sniper in Hamas's military wing and had recently been advancing terror plans against IDF forces and Israeli civilians. He was also reportedly working to restore the organization's capabilities while systematically violating the ceasefire.
The strike was carried out from the air to neutralize the immediate threat posed by the sniper. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area and will continue to operate to remove any threats.
