Toddler Critically Injured in Jerusalem Toy Ride Accident
A three-year-old boy sustained a severe head injury in Jerusalem on Monday after colliding with a pole while riding a toy "bimba" in a public playground. Emergency medical services were called to the scene on Avraham Idelson Street and provided initial treatment, including stopping bleeding, stabilizing the child, and bandaging his wounds.
The child, who was conscious, was then transported by a Magen David Adom intensive care ambulance to Shaare Zedek Medical Center's trauma unit in serious condition.
Earlier the same day, a ten-year-old boy was seriously injured in Ashdod after falling off an electric scooter. He was taken to Assuta Hospital in the city.
