Teenager Drowns at Ashkelon Beach; Two Others Hospitalized
A 17-year-old youth, Imad Al-Kharabsha, has died after drowning at the "Dalila" beach in Ashkelon. His body was discovered by rescue teams on the shoreline Saturday morning following an extensive search that began Friday night. Al-Kharabsha was reportedly with two other individuals when the incident occurred.
One of the other individuals, a 24-year-old man, was rescued and transported to the hospital in serious condition. The third person, a 17-year-old boy, sustained minor injuries and is in stable condition at the hospital. The circumstances leading to the drowning are currently under investigation.
