Two Reserve Soldiers Killed in Combat in Gaza Strip
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the deaths of two reserve soldiers who fell in battle in the Gaza Strip. The fallen soldiers have been identified as Sergeant Major (Res.) Nadav Kali, 24, from Har Halutz, and Sergeant Major (Res.) Ofek Moalem, 23, from Jerusalem. Both were combat soldiers in Battalion 7007 of Brigade 16.
Nadav Kali was a resident of Har Halutz, a community in the Lower Galilee region of northern Israel. Ofek Moalem hailed from Jerusalem. The IDF extended condolences to their families. The announcement was made following their deaths during ongoing operations in Gaza.
