Two Israeli Soldiers Killed in Gaza Combat Operations
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the deaths of two reservist soldiers who were killed during combat operations in the Gaza Strip. The IDF Spokesperson's Unit released their names and details following authorization.
Senior Sergeant Nadav Kali, 24, from the community of Ar-Halutz, served as a combatant in the 7007th battalion of the 17th Brigade. Senior Sergeant Ofek Moalem, 23, from Jerusalem, also served as a combatant in the same battalion and brigade.
Both soldiers were reservists. Their deaths bring the total number of IDF soldiers killed since the start of the ground operation in Gaza to 15.
