Israeli Startup Island Raises $400 Million at $6.4 Billion Valuation
Israeli startup Island has announced the successful completion of a new funding round, securing $400 million and achieving a valuation of $6.4 billion. This represents a significant increase of $1.6 billion since its previous funding round in March 2025. The latest investment round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from existing investors including Sequoia Capital and Insight Partners.
Founded in 2020, Island pioneered the "enterprise browser" category, integrating security and employee monitoring tools. The company states that its platform has since been expanded to also oversee the activities of artificial intelligence agents and their use of corporate data.
Island currently employs approximately 1,000 people globally, with 400 of them working at its development center in Tel Aviv.
