Son of Well-Known Singer Arrested with Over 1 Kilogram of Cannabis
Police in Jerusalem arrested a 28-year-old man from Modi'in overnight Wednesday-Thursday on suspicion of planning to distribute cannabis throughout the capital. The suspect is reportedly the son of a well-known singer. Officers from the Oz station in the Jerusalem district noticed a suspicious vehicle during an operational activity and signaled the driver to stop for inspection. A search of the vehicle uncovered approximately 1.1 kilograms of cannabis, divided into dozens of bags, believed to be intended for distribution in Jerusalem. The suspect was apprehended and taken for questioning at the Oz station.
