Three Israelis were reported killed late Saturday night, into Sunday, in the crash of a light aircraft in Washington state. The plane carried a pilot and two passengers, but their identities have not yet been released.
The aircraft was a single-engine Piper Cherokee. It went down while traveling from New Jersey to Maryland. According to the report, the plane likely belonged to a flight school in Montgomery County, in the suburbs of Washington.
The article also noted that, on the same night, two Israelis in their 40s were killed in a separate self-inflicted accident in the Malibu area of Los Angeles, in the United States.
