A man, approximately 30 years old, riding an electric bicycle, was killed on Thursday afternoon after being struck by a truck at the Zichron Yaakov junction on Highway 4. Emergency medical services arrived at the scene to find the cyclist lying beside the road, without a pulse or breathing. After attempting resuscitation efforts, medical teams were forced to declare him dead at the scene due to the severity of his injuries.
