Israel's Public Transport to Resume After Yom Kippur Holiday
Israel's public transportation services, including intercity and urban buses and trains, have ceased operations nationwide for the Yom Kippur holiday. Bus services are scheduled to resume gradually on Tuesday, following the conclusion of the holy day. Train services across the country will also recommence on Tuesday.
The Jerusalem Light Rail is set to restart its operations at 8:30 PM on Tuesday, coinciding with the end of Yom Kippur. In the Gush Dan region, which includes Tel Aviv and surrounding areas, the light rail is expected to resume service at 9:30 PM.
