"We demand to implement the law on capital punishment for terrorists, passed by the "Otzma Yehudit" organization, and achieve the execution of the terrorist," Ben-Gvir said. He emphasized that this incident presents the first opportunity to apply this law, which mandates a penalty in certain cases. The law, initiated by the "Otzma Yehudit" party and approved by the Knesset, allows for the death penalty for intentional murder committed as part of a terrorist act.
