Father of Six Murdered in West Bank Terror Attack

Natanel Shkaron, a resident of the Eli Zahav settlement and father of six, has been identified as the victim of a shooting attack in the Benjamin region. Shkaron, who worked as an information systems analyst, was at a spring with his eldest son to immerse himself in the ritual bath before Yom Kippur when the attack occurred. His wife, Dr. Mirav Shkaron, is a lecturer at Ariel University.

The Samaria Regional Council confirmed Shkaron's death and stated that social services and the local emergency team are providing support to the bereaved family. The council's head, Yossi Dagan, visited the family and described Shkaron as a benevolent, humble, and loving man, deeply devoted to his family and a long-standing member of the Eli Zahav community. Dagan vowed that such attacks would not break the Israeli settlement movement or the Israeli people, and called for a shift from defense to offense, including widespread operations to collect weapons and reinstate security checkpoints.

The Eli Zahav community also mourned Shkaron, remembering him as a kind, modest, and beloved individual, a devoted husband to Mirav and father to their six children. The community pledged to support the family during this difficult time. The attack took place in the Neve Tzuf area of Benjamin.
