Driver Arrest Extended in Deadly Hit-and-Run of Teenager in Hadera
A court on Tuesday extended the arrest of a driver from Kafr Manda by five days on suspicion of involvement in a fatal hit-and-run incident that killed a 17-year-old boy in Hadera. The incident occurred last night in a Hadera parking lot.
Eyewitnesses reported that an argument preceded the collision between the driver and others. The suspect's father called for an end to what he described as "incitement against his son." The mother stated her son was a "victim of significant incitement," adding that he was nearly attacked and shot at after bystanders mistakenly believed he was responsible for an attack.
