Hapoel Ramat Gan Signs Guni Naor, Yonatan Nikolasco to Join
Newly promoted Hapoel Ramat Gan is set to officially announce the signing of midfielder Guni Naor from Maccabi Haifa on Wednesday evening, as previously reported by Sport 5. Naor joins on a free transfer after his contract was bought out for approximately two million shekels.
Additionally, the club is expected to sign Maccabi Tel Aviv striker Yonatan Nikolasco before the transfer window closes. However, unlike Naor, Nikolasco will not be available to coach Massai Dego immediately. Medical assessments by Maccabi Tel Aviv's staff suggest he will only be able to play in November.
Meanwhile, Hapoel Ramat Gan is preparing for its upcoming match against Maccabi Netanya. Midfielder Maksim Fleshenko, who joined this summer from Maccabi Netanya, will miss the game as he has not yet recovered from a groin tear.
Potential changes to the starting lineup include Christopher Boniface and Marius Novais, who have been coming off the bench, possibly starting. Luan Campos, David Asenka, and Serjan Mihajlovic are expected to retain their spots in the forward positions. The defense is likely to remain unchanged, with Noam Schwartz continuing at right-back, a position previously held by Yablu Gatacho. Fard Ibrahim has been noted for his strong performances in the back line.
