Israeli Police Arrest Man for Illegally Raising Gazelles and Badgers
Israeli police announced the arrest of a man in his sixties from Tulkarm, after discovering two gazelles and two female badgers being illegally raised. The discovery was made during a search conducted by forces in cooperation with the YAMAM unit of the Border Police in the central region, specifically in Shuwaika.
The animals were handed over to the Nature and Parks Authority, while the man was taken for questioning. The police stated that the animals were being kept in violation of the law.
