Bezeq Launches Free AI Chat Aggregator for Customers
Israeli telecommunications giant Bezeq has introduced a new service called "Multi-Chat AI" through its official app, offering customers free access to five leading artificial intelligence models. The innovative platform allows users to input a single query and receive simultaneous responses from multiple AI systems, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Pro, Gemini Flash, and Perplexity.
This feature aims to simplify the AI experience by enabling users to compare answers in real-time, select the most precise wording, and seamlessly switch between models during a conversation without losing context or needing to restart. Bezeq emphasizes that this initiative expands its digital offerings beyond high-speed internet services.
Bezeq CEO Nir Dodov stated that the AI market is shifting towards multi-model usage, and Bezeq is bringing this advancement to Israeli consumers. He described the integration into the app as a strategic move to broaden their digital service portfolio and make AI accessible and user-friendly for everyone.
The launch of Multi-Chat AI coincides with Bezeq Group's strong financial performance. Following two successful quarters and a surge in fiber optic connections, the company raised its net profit forecast for 2026 to a record NIS 1.15-1.2 billion. The stable investment budget also allows for significant cash reserves, facilitating substantial dividend payouts that benefit the public.
