Bezeq Launches 'Multi-Chat AI' Integrating Five AI Models

Israeli telecommunications company Bezeq has launched a new service called 'Multi-Chat AI' within its application, consolidating five artificial intelligence models into a single platform. This innovative service allows customers to pose a question and simultaneously receive answers from prominent AI models including GPT 5.6 Luna, Claude, Gemini Pro, Gemini Flash, and Perplexity.

Users can compare the different responses, select the most suitable answer or AI model, and continue the conversation from that point. The service is offered free of charge through the Bezeq app, eliminating the need for users to pre-select a specific AI tool. They can submit the same query to multiple models, review the varied outputs, and then decide which model to engage with further.

Bezeq stated that the service aims to introduce users to lesser-known AI models and their capabilities. A key feature allows seamless switching between AI models mid-conversation without losing context or needing to restart. For instance, a user who began a chat with ChatGPT can transfer it to Claude and receive a response that builds upon the prior discussion.
