Maccabi Haifa Midfielder Yarin Levi Draws Interest from Beitar Jerusalem and Hapoel Beer Sheva

Despite recently signing a three-year contract with Maccabi Haifa, midfielder Yarin Levi is reportedly struggling to find his place and is not being utilized to his full potential. In the team's latest match against Hapoel Petah Tikva, Levi was not substituted into the game, with Navot Ratner being preferred over him.

This situation has attracted interest from other top Israeli Premier League clubs. Beitar Jerusalem has been keen on re-acquiring Levi, with Almog Cohen expressing a strong desire to bring him back to the yellow-and-black squad. Cohen stated that while he personally wants Levi, he doesn't believe Maccabi Haifa is currently open to discussing a transfer.

Adding to the competition, Hapoel Beer Sheva has now entered the race for Levi. This development follows an injury to their key player, Lucas Ventura, during a match against Maccabi Tel Aviv, which is believed to be a significant muscle tear. Hapoel Beer Sheva's coach, Ran Kochav, reportedly holds Levi in high regard, and past photos have surfaced showing Levi as a supporter of the Beer Sheva club.

Maccabi Haifa, however, is reportedly hesitant to release Levi, especially to direct rivals. The club fought to secure Levi's commitment with the intention of making him a significant part of their squad under coach Barak Bakhar. Therefore, they are unlikely to make a hasty decision regarding his future, despite the growing interest from other teams.
