Israeli Forces Strike Gaza Displacement Camps Amid Ceasefire Violations

Israeli forces continued to violate the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip on Monday, engaging in aerial and artillery shelling, gunfire, and the demolition of homes. The military also targeted shelters and displacement camps in various areas across the Gaza Strip. Palestinian sources reported that a Palestinian was wounded by Israeli gunfire from naval vessels off the coast of Gaza City. In the central Gaza Strip, two displaced individuals were injured by Israeli military vehicles near the Al-Qastal towers, east of Deir al-Balah.

In southern Gaza, Israeli military vehicles fired heavily towards the eastern areas of Khan Younis, accompanied by artillery shelling in the city's south. A drone dropped explosive bombs in the Al-Maslakh area. In Gaza City, Israeli warplanes conducted three airstrikes on the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in the northeast and two strikes on eastern areas. Another airstrike targeted the Al-Sakra complex east of the city.

Israeli tanks fired intensely towards the western areas of Rafah and the northwestern areas of Beit Lahia in the north. The vicinity of Al-Sanafor intersection, east of Al-Tuffah, was subjected to heavy gunfire from military vehicles. These actions mark the 333rd consecutive day of alleged ceasefire violations by Israeli forces, exacerbating the humanitarian situation for civilians and displaced persons and increasing destruction in the Strip. These violations occur despite a July 31, 2026, announcement by then-U.S. President Donald Trump regarding a new agreement to begin the second phase of the Gaza roadmap.
